Hi all,

I recently discovered something unusual about my front (upper) tooth - that it felt uneven and on further notice I discovered that it has a slight square shaped crack half ways up the tooth. I am very concerned as I have had some major dental problems in the past. I noticed this 3 weeks ago. I am also worried as I am going on holidays for 3 weeks this weekend. Also - there is no major pain when biting or when normal.

Has anybody any ideas of what this could possibly be? Root canal? Normal filling? Veneer? All suggestions appreciated.
