Hi all, currently at the plastering phase of build. Upstairs plastering just done, downstairs next on the list, and then outside plastering. Most upstairs walls are dried out. I am aware fascia and soffit can go on once outside plastering is done. Just wondering what will come next on the list of things to be done inside.…

Is it straight into 2nd fix plumbing and electrics?
I have tiles and timber flooring bought and ready to go, at what stage should they go down? After 2nd fix?

Sorry for all the questions, just eager to get going on inside jobs.
