Recessed LED Wall Lights

Hi I'm struggling to find any recessed wall lights that can fit in a 100mm block wall and have a changeable LED bulb. Something onto this would be ideal http://www.astrolighting.co.uk/Borgo_0976 but I'm open to any shape/size/colour at this stage. Anyone out there have any ideas for me?
