This is an example game from Germany from last season on oddsPortal

    http://www.oddsportal.com/soccer/germany/bundesliga-2012-2013/dortmund-bayern-munich-2yqCCHm8/#1X2;2

It has Bayern as slight favs to win at 13/10.

Ok, now I look at their odds to win with a (-1) handicap.
So in European Handicaps I see they are quoted at 33/100. !!! How can that be? That means the odds are saying they are more likely to win by at least 2 goals than by one. Obviously I'm reading the info incorrectly but what am I reading wrong?
