Changing Citroen C3 brake pads

    Hi Guys,

I went to change the brake pads on my wifes '04 C3 1.1 but I have a problem loosening the 2 bolts that hold on the caliper.
A T50 torx seems too loose and a T55 is too big! Are they a special Citroen bolthead? Or is there any other way of doing it?
    Any advice appreciated.
    Sean

Quick google search suggests T55 is correct size, are the bolt heads dirty, might prevent the bit from seating properly

    Thanks for the reply Cletus.

Since I posted a friend rang a mate of his who used work for a Citroen dealer and he said they're M10 polydrive.
So I bought one and the job is done. I tried the T55 and it won't go anywhere near fitting.

    Anyway, Thanks again. Sean
