Anyone hear or know anything about working for Voxpro?

I had an interview there about 2 weeks ago for customer service role. In order to get to the interview stage I had to do an online interview thing with a video, which was highly embarrassing, especially when you are talking into a webcam to no particular person. Then I had to send a set of emails.

When I got to the interview, it lasted about 30 mins and the lady wasn't the nicest. I felt myself I gave a good enough interview and my qualifications definitely exceeded the role that I was being interviewed for. * not being big headed or anything.

Anyway at the end of the interview the lady said ' we will be in touch'. But it didn't sound so convincing.

After about a week of not hearing anything, I emailed them to ask about my application, and it was only then when I got the reply basically stating I didn't get it.

I was gutted and embarrassed.

I just want to know did anyone work there or know anyone that did work there? I just haven't found much online about it, especially since there is a lot of details about other companies.

Hi BlueSwim89, Been through the same process as yourself recently for a customer service position. Had an interview that lasted 20 minutes, interviewer said we'll let u know within a week. Within a week I received an email stating that I didn't get the job. The HR lady didn't even wish me look in my future career. Just a very cold hearted email. She was suppose to call but instead just emailed. I gave an excellent interview and had the qualifications to match the job.
