Unkown Aircraft over Wexford Town

Any ideas on the aircraft over Wexford town, 25/05/2013 around 12:30hrs 12:45 hrs. It wasn't an ICG Heli. Could have been a prop or a heli, didn't get eyes on. Any help much appreciated.
