Breaking noise when going slow

Hi guys, breaks make a weird noise when going slow. when stopping in traffic really or needing to break in second gear, thanks. Sounds like a small engine in the breaks if you get me.

Have you looked at the brake pads to see if they are worn down? Any idea when they were last replaced, what car is it?

If you hear a breaking noise any time while driving, you need to stop immediately and not move until the broken part is identified.
Then have the car towed and the broken part replaced or repaired.
