Hi. Currently looking at flights to Abu Dhabi in November. Etihad flights to Dubai are cheaper than to Abu Dhabi, even though the dubai flight also stops in AUH and it's a bus transfer to Dubai. Anyway my questions for those of you that have flown on Etihad are: do you collect your luggage on arrival in AUH and make your way to the bus? can i decide not to take the bus? and make my own arrangements as i wish to stay in Abu Dhabi anyway and the same coming back can i just go direct to AUH airport for check in rather than getting bus from Dubai? Thanks
