Looking to get an AV receiver and 5.1 speaker system, for AV receiver was looking for something with apple airplay built in, does not have to have wireless, but ethernet LAN connection would be required, in addition to remote control app available for the iPad.
Budget is about 500 to 600 euro.

Can you recommend some that could be delivered to Dublin.

    Thanos,

many thanks for the opportunity to quote for your new AV system and here are a few options built around the Tannoy SFX 5.1 speaker system:
    http://www.richersounds.com/product/speaker-packages/tannoy/sfx5.1/tann-sfx5.1-blk

    1.
Onkyo TX-NR525: This is a great new Networked receiver from Onkyo - it's wired Ethernet with optional wifi (at least you don't have to pay for the wifi if you don't need it!) and it has great network features - it doesn't have Airplay but you can stream stored music from a mobile (apple or Android) device using Onkyo's control app. 6 HDMI with 4K pass through.
    http://www.richersounds.com/product/av-receivers/onkyo/txnr525/onky-txnr525-blk

    This system should retail at £599.95 / €729.99 - I can do a Boardie price at £429.95 / €524.99

     2.
Moving up a big step is the new Denon AVR-X1000 AV receiver, again with the Tannoy SFX 5.1- this has everything you are looking for with Airplay, Ethernet, Internet radio, iPAD control - have a look here:
    http://www.denon.co.uk/uk/product/Pages/Product-Detail.aspx?CatId=HomeTheatre&SubId=AVReceivers&ProductId=AVRX1000

AVR-X1000 should retail at £549.90 when partnered with the SFX pack - Boardie price - £479.95 / €579.99

    3.
Yamaha RXV673 - a complete classic and a What Hi-Fi 5 Star winner: http://www.whathifi.com/review/yamaha-rx-v673 again with Airplay and its dlna certified - 4K pass through and upscaling...takes a lot to beat this little beaut!
    http://www.richersounds.com/product/av-receivers/yamaha/rxv673/yama-rxv673-blk

Did retail at £699.95 for the system - now reduced to £589.95 - I can do it at £549.95 / €669.99

    4.
Now to bust the budget and tempt you  ....

Denon AVR-X2000 - What Hifi's latest fave 5 Star receiver - and the first hot £500 receiver this year to get the 5 star award: http://www.whathifi.com/review/avr-x2000 this really does have everything and just sounds A M A Z I N G

    Should retail at £699.95 - Boardie price £614.95 / €749.99

If you would like some more speaker options or of course if you have any queries please don't hesitate to drop me a line and we will do our best to assist - of course if you would like to order please just drop us a PM or a mail to sales@richersounds.ie with your contact numbers and we will give you a shout to get a system sorted for you.

    Hi John,

If you have a few other options for speakers around the 200-300 euro mark I would love to seem them also.

    Thanks
    Geoff.

    Geoff,

you could have a look at the Tanoy TFX 5.1 - better centre speaker than the SFX and better styling in general:
    http://www.richersounds.com/product/speaker-packages/tannoy/tfx-5.1/tann-tfx5.1-blk

They retail at £249.95 for the complete system - I can do them in the above pricing for an additional £25 / €29.99.

Likewise the Monitor Audio Vector 5.1 - these are already massively reduced and we have our very last few left that we can do at £299.95 for the complete system or an additional £69.95 / €83.99 per system
    http://www.monitoraudio.co.uk/support/past-products/vector/

Or you may like the Wharfedale DX1 pack which retail at £379.95 or add an additional £140 / €169.99 per system
    http://www.richersounds.com/product/speaker-packages/wharfedale/dx1-hcp/whar-dx1

Thanks again and keep us posted if we can assist,
