    Hi all,

I have 2 electrical issues with my 99 Lexus IS200 and im hoping you can help.

    1. Driver seat electrical issue: I can move th seat forwards and backwards and also adjust the angle of the seat with the electrial switch but when i try to raise or lover the seat height nothing happens, i can hear the motor running but nothing happens. think it might have come off its rails. Is this an easy fix or could it be some other problem??

    2. The rear passenger side electric window will not open, again i can hear the motor running when button pressed but nothing happens, i have heard that it might need to be reset, does anyone know how to do this?

    Thanks for any help

Take the seats out, the bottom is not covered so it's very easy to see if there's something wrong (It's only 4 bolts)

As for the window, take off the door panel and see what the issue is, could have just come off the rail

Where are you based? I can give you a hand if you want
