    Do you know is it possible to pick up a car in cork and drop it off in dublin?

    I've done it - pick up Cork airport and drop off in Dublin Airport.

    Any of the hire companies who have facilities in Cork and Dublin will allow you.

    Absolutely, just enter a different 'return' site on the booking webiste. Sometimes they do charge a little extra for the privilage.
