Break pads/shoes

I have 105 calipers and was wondering as my pads will need changing soon should i just buy 105's again http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=61805

Or should i just replace the rubber shoes? Recommendations appreciated.

Just the pads. No need to change the cartridge also.

Yes i know there is no need, but can't seem to find shimano pads without the cartridge. I find the shimano brakes very good so if you would recommend a pad please?

I like the Swisstop green ones as I try to minimise the grey sludge effect when the weather is bad!

I use a set of generic black BBB pads on the rear, and a pair of Kool-Stops in the salmon compound on the front:

Found that 105/Ultegra pads are very harsh on rims.
