Manual Switch from LNB

Hi guys, at present we have two sky + boxes in the house being fed from a quad LND. My brother is home for a few weeks and wants a SKY box (without a sub) in his romm while he is back to watch the free channels.

Due to the fact that an Octo LNB is around 50 quid, and then there is the hassle of installing it, I was wondering if there is such a thing as a 'switch' that would be able to divert the signal from one of the cable going to the sky+ box to his box in his room? (And when he isnt there it could be switched back to allow the sky box to record and watch and different channel at the same time)
