    Hi guys,

Does anyone know anything about the court of first appeal ?

I'm still waiting to find out whether my application was successful. Does anyone have any experience with appealing their results? How long does the process usually take?

    Thanks

+ 1, still waiting too. But I'm an international student, not sure if that makes a difference.

You should have heard unofficially from your tutor by now, subject to approval by the Senior Lecturer. Appeals to the next level have to be in by 1pm today, so you would probably have heard by now if you hadn't been successful and had to appeal higher.

I still haven't heard, I'm not sure if that is a good sign or not.
