Cheers Beasty, i presume Hugh would be the best man to contact about getting a team pursuit team together?

Hugh is, but what tends to happen in the track league is the team simply signs up on the evening

I was thinking more for the national champs, I think there's only one other fully accredited rider in Wexford so i need to look further afield.

Hugh can confirm but I believe that for national championships all riders must be registered with the same club. It's worth asking anyway as he may let teams ride outside the official championships to set times

    Have it in writing now.

Pretty sure it happened for at least one of the Team Sprints last year. Mention it to him early as he may know or be able to help in getting a team together.

Great night last night, the ice cream was excellent as usual, Mr Irvine was a star as always and everyone went away happy.

Thoroughly enjoyable evening. Still confused as hell by the sheer number of different track races and tactics bit it's great craic. Got bumped up a group for next week.

Wasn't paying attention to your 4th race lenny - did you make it a clean sweep?

Hopefully you'll be up to the A group by the time I return in 3 weeks ...

I think he did. Two wins and a second in the Points race would total a win I think. Mathematic is not my strong point.

2 wins and a 3rd guarantees victory in the points race (unless you lose a lap!)

I think I won the points race then, two wins and a second, but didnt win the 4 lap h/cap race. Really looking forward to the next round.

It was a pretty tough night. A lot of very close races in all categories, especially the Match Sprints. Race with the combined Bs and As was very fast. Very fast.

I think that scratch race was 44.5km/h average speed

Hmm, I shouldn't have kept trying to bridge those breaks.
