    Hi all,
Doing a provisional BER for a commercial building here using SBEM.

Only one floor, which has a room height of 3.3m throughout. But above the rooms, there is quite a large service void, which increases in height over the lebgth of the building, as the building has a sloped roof siring from an eaves height of about 3.5m at one end to about 5.7m on the other end.

How do I treat that service void? Do I need to include it as a zone or can I ignore it?

    Thanks
