If a case is being made against you & there should be CCTV evidence that proves what happened, how can you find out if this is part of the evidence -and if it isn't included how can you find out whether they asked the shop & bank owner to provide it.

    ( please!).

Also. When in court asking for disclosure are there any grounds ( normal -traffic incident) on which it can be refused?

And what should one ask for to make sure everything is provided .

Also -are there timelines by which all the evidence should be lrovided to you & the formats in which they should be provided.

Many thanks for replies. No info on court sites.

An accused is entitled to know the case against him. Ask for a Gary Doyle order.
