Ascot is over, so I suppose its time to start letting everyone know where the handbrake has been on.

Another punters graveyard. Form irrelevant. Two choices:

1: As you say, try guess out of all the horses that have been stopped, which one has been plotted best.

    2: Follow Weld blindly.

I'll probably do neither and avoid it after the week that was Ascot.

I survived Ascot with my life and somehow a profit, mostly because of, as I predicted, "the lads" steaming into Camelot. I haven't noticed any truly ridiculous nontriers yet, but I haven't been fully immersed for a while now. Couple on here mentioned ones the last few weeks gone, however. I always do well at Galway, Harry Rogers saw to it last year.

There was a Weld 2yo that ran well at The Curragh at the last meeting (Bush Pilot) looks like it'd be going to Galway on the Monday night.....4/7 job

Lineman will be another handicap job for Weld imo, just needs a 3rd run before then.

If Pique Sous runs in the Galway Hurdle he'll be hard to beat running off 137.

I'd also expect Plan A to win one of the handicap chases, unless they've got something planned for Killarney or Listowel.

Do you not think Plan A's night was tother night, Groutch?

that was a novice chase, so probably more to freshen up the horse, and if he'd won the handicapper might have put him up enough to squeeze into the Galway Plate at the bottom of the weights.

    Avoid Galway like the plague.

Good spot to go on the soup though.

Not the best today, he had a few too many Jamesons last night, should be right as rain tomorrow though.

Not far now. Anyone coming over the night before the first races? Sunday? Having a do in work, bit of craic/free pints/free bets, all in aid of the Injured Jockeys Fund.
