My licence has my old address on it. If I change my address to my new one, will I get the new driving licence or still keep the old sh1ty one?

    Cheers!

Do like Richard Boyd-Barrett did recently, don't notify them that you've moved and if you're stopped for speeding, show the cops the old licence but don't inform the officer at the side of the road that you have moved so let him/her write down your old address. Then when you fail to pay the fine and get summonsed, you can say they sent the letter to the wrong address and get off.

Even though he pleaded guilty when summonsed, the judge still let him off and struck out the charge, totally bizarre 'justice'...

Free for change of address. Don't forget 2 new photos signed on back and the new D401 form I think it's called.

Bear in mind, you will not get a new 10 year licence, you will only get the time remaining as per your existing licence. I've done it twice since February.

The second time, new photos were not required as they are storing the photos electronically now.

I was thinking about that yesterday as I was being written a fine for speeding. Haha!

    Question:
The road I got stopped on is 50km zone but nowhere does it say its a 50km zone. It does all the way down the road but nothing where I committed the offence. Can I appeal a fixed charge?
