Was it a race they were paying an extra place per chance?

Ya were paying 6 places hence why had the bet.
Why offer aspecial and then renage when i have a bet on it.
***** would have taken if it was a virtual horse or virtual dog race etc.
Paddy park what jokers bet on virtuals.

    Just quessing here:
I assume you go into this shop all the time and are making money from the same bookie on previous bets?
I would guess that is the reason that the staff member rang it into the risk department.
Never go into the same shop if possible, that way you should be fine getting a bet on until the staff in different shops start talking.

PP and Ladbrokes both do money back if 2nd at virtual meetings (PP as cash, Ladbrokes as a Free Bet) and have been for a while.
I've see a loads of people having bets on the virtuals especially before the
    "real" horse racing starts.

I could be wrong but I've never seen anybody doing extra places in virtuals.
