    I would think that is a very low PC SUM when you take account of the fact you require:

    3 toilets with toilet seats
    3 sinks with taps
    2 shower trays
    2 shower surrounds
    3 shower kits
    1 bath with bath panel
    1 bath screen
    1 set of bath taps
    wastes for all

    It will depend on what quality you are looking for. the budget in mind for you would certainly be at the lower end of the scale.
