Unexpected pain from vaping

    Aloha,

I became a non smoker just over 2 weeks ago, and since then have been using disposable e-cigs plus/or nic inhalers to help when it's been tough.

I've been skimming the vaping threads here for a while though and yesterday I ordered and got same day delivery on an Ego-T.

I've been using it for about 25 hours now and think its really very good, but I have some concerns that perhaps someone could help me with..

The main thing is that I've been experiencing some pain since starting to use he ego t. In the first few hours, every now and again (maybe 3 times total) I got a severe pain shooting from my top level teeth/gums and into my head. Majorly unpleasant. Then, a few times in the last few hours I've noticed very slight pains (heavy discomforts) in my back and oblique areas.

I've been smoking for 20 odd years prior to this, and as I said I've been using disposable e-cigs for the last 2 weeks with no discomfort.

I'm curious to know if anyone has experienced similar with vaping? If not, perhaps I have some other things to consider..

    Thanks for reading :)

I started with an ego t and I think the teeth to hesd thing is a change in pull. I had a soreness that went from jaw to head until I got a clearomiser for the battery.

Iv never experienced anything like this that I can remember but I can't imagine how it would be coming from vaping with the ego. Hopefully someone else will shed some light on it for you

If its the ego-t atomiser tank system you have, be careful youre not sucking in juice. I had one of those when i started, grand to get going but switching off to a clearo or a carto tank would be a good thing. I found a lot of leaking and getting juice in my mouth from the T tanks, although i felt nauseous when that happened.

This is interesting to me, I went mad on wingnuts Swedish fish for a while and seemed to damage my sinus. Had to go to the doctor and get sleeping tablets to basically knock me out for a few days until it cleared up.

I posted that here, but no one could identify with it. Really really bad shooting pain that felt like it was coming from behind my eye, is it like that?

Not quite. It's more like a tooth pain if I had to compare it to anything. Like a nerve running from gum to brain. Strange and painful.

I was wondering if maybe something in the vape might be reacting with a tooth cavity or something like that. But what in vape could cause that when smoking never did?

I have the clearo with the ego-t

I read somewhere that smoking can have a slight numbing effect on dental pain so it might be that any pains now are as a result of not smoking rather than taking up vaping.

Just a thought and please get it checked out if you are concerned.

Almost immediately when I quit smoking (Ive never vaped) a tooth of mine went nuts and required root canal. Dentist said its common for smoking to make dental issues.
