elderflower brew never started to ferment

First time brewer, made four x ten litres of elderflower champagne, regular, lime, blueberry, and grape, followed the river cottage method apart from obvious deviations, yeast and sealed container, bung /bubbler in all four. two days later other three are farting away. no sign of the blueberry making any shapes. how long…

First time brewer, made four x ten litres of elderflower champagne, regular, lime, blueberry, and grape, followed the river cottage method apart from obvious deviations, yeast and sealed container, bung /bubbler in all four. two days later other three are farting away. no sign of the blueberry making any shapes. how long will i leave it before i fire in another yeast?
