Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has any thoughts...

I'm looking at TravelRepublic.ie and have seen a great deal on a hotel I'm planning on staying in (in Spain) next June 2014.

It's for a week's stay in a hotel with breakfast every day, for two adults and at the moment, the website is offering the option of paying only €1 deposit to secure the whole holiday.

They only require the balance next May.

It all seems a bit too good to be true, or maybe I'm just a nervous person!
But have any of you used this website and was everything OK?

The €1 deposit is really tempting me to go ahead and book.

    Thanks in advance!

Used them many times, find them very good. They offer the 1euros deposit as one of their main competitors is alpharooms.com and they started using a 10euro deposit. Both companies give great prices and rarely are n the price comparison websites.

Book with either with full confidence.

Great, thanks so much for your replies.
It just seemed a bit too good to be true, but I feel a bit more reassured now.
    Thanks again :)

Yes.... I have used them twice and back in January booked a hotel in Rome for July. Paid a €1 deposit and the balance will be charged next week. No problem at all with them.
