    Hey

So I've been trying to add a device to my Sky Go listings and I understand it's only once a month but for the last few months there has only ever been one device, a mobile registered, and every time I try and register either my laptop or iPad I get the above message despite there being only one device registered and an option for a second!

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated, pleeeaasssee!

I had similar problems ages ago with my laptop, every time I went to skygo it would think my laptop was a new device.

I contacted Sky and they told me to make sure I log out when I'm finished rather than just closing the window. Not sure if this is the same as your problem or not.
    Haven't had any problems since.

I think it's just mean having only 2 devices, it should be minimum 4 devices, home computer, home laptop, work pc and phone.

Had the same problem myself.Go onto Sky Go help forum and post about your problem. This is what I did and they sorted it out for me after a couple of emails.
