Apple tree disease

    Hi,

I've 2 apple trees in my back garden, I recently moved in and the entire place was in a mess. I treated both trees with fertiliser etc and water both well during dry spell but one tree is much better than the other. The weaker one drops off leaves, the apple yield is much lower and barely growing. I think it has some type of fungus as the leaves have brown parts and the bark has dents which I read could be fungal attack. The question is how is it best to treat fungus? What chemicals or advice please??
