Hey folks, I am approaching wall plate level in a self build and would like some thoughts on the current thinking behind wall plates and cavity closers. Has the cold bridge issue been resolved?

what thermal bridge issue? did your architect prepare a detail? what psi value does it have? are you expecting to achieve the 0.8wm2k 'accredited TGD detail' thermal bridge factor or better?
