Fire Doors are often used so should be readily available .

    Yea, handy enough to get.
Thanks Paul, that an easier option me. Is there a certain thickness I shouldn't go under.

Im not sure - I know the ones Munro use are have a dB rating (depends on fit of course) but Im not sure if they have that info because it comes with doors or they've measured it.

I got a fire door. Used carpet to wrap around the top and bottom to get a better seal. Does the job.
