MH101 Psychology through Arts

    Hi guys,

A quick question about getting into psychology through arts, I just got my results and I think (hope) I did well enough to go into second year psychology. I'm just wondering if it is a 60+ that is required in each module of PS100 (PS101,102,104,105) or is it an average of 60+ across the modules that is sufficient? I got what I needed in 3 out of 4 modules but I got a 59% in one of the modules and I'm not sure if that means I'm definitely not allowed a place now or do they follow a strict rule of giving places to people who got 60+?

I understand that its competitive I'd just like to clear a few things up for myself :D

    Any help would be greatful

    :):):)

Hey there! I'm a fellow 2nd year MH106'er, I was in the MH106 stream this year however so I was guaranteed my place! It's 60% average overall, you don't need to achieve 60% in each module! :) Best of luck, hope to meet you in Psych in September! :)

Ahh okay. I thought my lecturer had said after these last results, maybe I misheard and he meant the repeat ones. Thanks!

I could be wrong! I'll check with my bro but I think that was when he found out.

If you got an average of 60 id say you're pretty safe! I know a lot of people (including a lot of my friends in the mh106 stream) didn't get an average of 60 as the PS102 brought their average way down!

My bro got 60 on the dot and got in so you should be fine! :-)
There will be people who turn down places too!
