Recoomend an expert to fit decking?

Hi I recently had new composite decking fitted and it was not fitted correctly as there is lots of water pooling on it, that doesn't dry out. I would be very grateful if somebody could recommend a company or individual in the Dublin area who could fix the problem or fit new decking properly? Thansk a lot
