SUSI DOCS QUESTION?

Hey so i got a document request from susi and im just wondering who does it apply to. as in is it just me or my parents, im a mature student living with parents and the bit that confused me is Document request F3: Fas/local authroity/pobal/teagasc/failte ireland youthreach/other statement, i attened a fas course at the start of 2012 so are they just looking for a statement of that or are they looking for the parents stuff too. My father is retired and in recept of a pension and my mother is getting a state pension. do they need statements from these or is it just my fas statement they want? help would be very much appriciated
