Internal Transfer ?

Hey guys, I just finished first year and failed it pretty badly and I was wondering if any of ya had the same expirence ? Long story short I didn't get the course I wanted last year, and now I'm sort of stuck in a course I absoutly hate.

I want to transfer to another course, and re-start from first year. I e-mailed the admissions office to try to get things started and get more information, so now I'm just waiting it out.

Has anyone else had this happen to them and if so do yas have any advice ? I'm not sure how all this is meant to work, so any advise yous have wuld be appriciated.

Thanks, I've sent an e-mail asking for advise and an appointment. I'm hoping things get better now.
