    You can blame An Post and their continued objection to implement proper post codes for that one.

    Cant blame no one but idiots who closed call centre in Limerick. Google map the distance, might as well have sent them to Enniskillen. Tralee is 90 mins away

    Dublin used to have specific post codes like London as in Dublin 3 NW. But were done away with some time ago. Its a case the last 10% of mail delivery is the most expensive because post man has to know that a letter for X house is in a certain place. It acts as a barrier to entry for other firms to the postal market.
