Nice village with 3 caravan parks, one mile to Rossbeigh Beach which is a great beach for Kids. 2 Hotels and 1 pub if you want to eat out. Small supermarket with Petrol pumps

It seems to have a high number of families who return yearly to the same sites.

Killorglin (6 miles) has Super Value and Aldi etc. Dooks (3 miles) for golf and has a small beach. Kells Bay (6 miles) small sheltered Cove. If the weather is any decent you will have a great time.

    PM for anything else

For the good walker, there's the Glenbeigh (Coomasaharn) Horseshoe...

...and you're only a short drive from Glencar in the shadow of the Reeks and Dunkerrons. Easier walks for kids around the Kerry Way, up Curra Hill overlooking the town etc.
