How close to a well can you put a soakaway. I know its 5m from a septic tank and perc area. Also how close to a boundary or building?

Generally 3m from a boundary and 5m from a building.

Not sure about a well? You need to look at BRE 365 and/or ask your local authority (the drainage section).

BRE 365 does not give much in the way of distances, but does comment that high volumes of surface water into soil can have a polluting effect, you might be well advised to keep them as far away as possible, or at least as far away as the percolation area / filter bed is required.
