Update! I've made a few changes to my original idea.

I've settled on the case being the Corsair 'Special Edition' White Graphite Series 600T. Having previously (currently) used the 500R, I cannot recommend Corsair cases enough. This is approx. 155 euro.

    The same CPU/Motherboard/RAM bundle.
    i7 2600k @ 4.4 Ghz, on an Asus P8Z68-V/GEN3 with 16GB (4x4GB) Corsair Vengeance LP DDR3 1600MHz RAM for approx. 585.52 euro pre-overclocked.

For the GPU, I've changed from the EVGA GeForce GTX 670 2GB 'FTW Edition' to the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 WindForce 3X 2GB card for approx. 370 euro.

As for hard drives, I've got two 1TB 7200 RPM drives in this machine already, as I intend to strip this down and sell on its parts second hand, I reckon I'll keep my current Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB HDD, and add on a Samsung 840 Series 120G SSD for approx. 82 euro.

In regards of a Power Supply, will be current 600W Corsair Builder do the job? I'm never any good at figuring out how much power is needed, and I don't want to be stupidly excessive when it's not needed power-wise.

Have you bought that bundle already? You could do a fair bit better for that money.

    1. What is your budget? [€1000-1500]

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Gaming/Programming]

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes ~ Currently on Win7 64bit OEM, not sure if I can reuse that on a new machine?]

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [I can, but for the sake of this, lets assume I can not]

    5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

5a. If yes, what size do you need. [19'/20'/22'/24'/etc.]

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? [1920x1080] [No]

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [Keyboard/Mouse/Wireless Card/Card Reader/Speakers/etc.] [No]

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes]

    8. How can you pay? [Paypal/Credit Card/Laser]

    9. When are you purchasing? [When I've got the build finalized and look up part reviews myself]

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? [South Dublin ~ I would only need help on the overclocking side. Tried to OC my current rig and just had awful problems.]

I'll throw this up in its own thread for clarity.
