Takamine or LAG ElectroAcoustic?

    I am stuck between buying a Takamine EG260C-BL G-Series Jumbo ElectroAcoustic in Black, or a LAG Tramontane T66ACE ElectroAcoustic Cutaway.

    I like the Takamine because: It has a built in tuner
    Its Black Colour

    I like the LAG because: it is a beautiful guitar, I love the look from its bridge all the way to the head.

    I shouldn't judge by looks, I haven't been able to test them out yet but everyone says the Takamine is the one to go for.
    What is your view, which sounds better? Is the LAG ok without the tuner? What is over all the better guitar? They are both the same price.
    Any help is apricated :D
