    I passed my test so I have the following done:

    * Filled up the form
    * two photographs signed on the back.
    * The certificate of passing the driving test.

    I need a eye sight report when I applied for my first LP. I still need glasses, so according to the form I don't need another eye sight report thing.

    So what else is needed?

    just the fee and you are good to go, will need to go to the Post office for a draft as the banks won't do them for less than €500 I think these days.

    I was assuming that you were sending off your form by post, yeah cash is good if doing it in person
