New Mii Plaza update crashes my 3DS

    I was happy to see that there was an update to Mii Plaza, but was a slightly dubious to hear that all the new content cost real world money.

    But it appears that it doesn't matter, because anytime I go to the new Mii Plaza store, and click on ANY of the available options there, my 3DS freezes for a few seconds, and I get the following message:
    An error has occured forcing the software to close

    The system will now restart (unsaved data may be lost)

    I've tried every available option the shop menu, and they all produce the same result.

    Anyone having the same problem or know of a solution?

    Yeah, a few of us have it. It's inconsistent, some have it on regular 3ds, some on the XL... A patch is in the works apparently . I'm in no rush, I haven't finished SPQ2 yet ;)

    I have the exact same problem, and it seems to be widespread. I wouldn't worry about it yet, it'll be rectified soon I'd guess.

    Scroll to the left of the icons in MiiPlaza, choose the Update icon and it may fix it. It did for me just now.
