Wage subsidy scheme

I have an employee who came off disability benefit to return to work and I am claiming wage subsidy scheme from Fas on their behalf. Their condition deteriorated over the past month and they have been out sick for two weeks. Are they entitled to sick pay or do I have to stop claiming for WSS for the time they are out sick?
