Do you need to thistlebond in order to skim plastrr?

    On existing plastered walls that are uneven, do you need to thistlebond?

    Yes or some other adhesive. If they are too uneven, level them with a coat of bonding first and skim as soon as the bonding hardens (changes colour).

    Yes,you do need something for extra grip and adhesion of new skimcoat.
    Febond is very good.
