I find it fascinating.. a real look into the lives of these 'Mafia' women.. It's on its 4th season by the looks of things..

I just stumbled upon it a couple of weeks ago and I was hooked

I love Drita DAvanzo... she's such a little spit fire!! having said that.. I don't think I'd like to get on any of their bad sides!! Jesus they're tough cookies :eek:

It's interesting to see mob life from the woman's perspective indeed. Although like a lot of these shows some parts come across as staged. Also is it right to be showcasing these kind of people? Take Karen Gravano for instance, her father as well as being the biggest rat in mob history has 19 murders to his name.

It's a bit like that Growing up Gotti show a few years back with John Gotti's daughter. It just doesn't sit right with me that they make money off what kind of man their father/husband was/is.

This show is freaking amazing, of all those docu-reality type shows I reckon its the best for drama and the like. Drita and Carla's husbands just seem more like criminals rather than mob members though but Drita is great so I don't care.

I've a friend from Staten Island who is good friends with Big Ang's niece and knows of quite a few of the cast members. I'm dying to visit just to go to Ang's bar The Drunken Monkey.

Totally addicted to it! Karen is such a bitch though, alway's trying to cause murder!, She definitely knew what was going to happen when she brought Carla over to ''talk'' to Love. feel sorry for Renee, I don't think she means bad but she's just overly dramatic, you can't beat Big Ang though, her spin off show is amazing, she seem's lovely too:)

Turns out Carla, Ramona and Karen won't be returning and Love obviously so they've got new women in. One of which is married to a guy whose father Sammy the Bull ordered the hit on but without Karen on the show I don't see where the drama is with this new cast member.

According to the NY Times 'sources' Renee's father Anthony Graziano has been ordered to step down from the Bonanno Crime family in NYC. He'd risen as high as Consiglere (adviser to the boss).

Apparently the Bonnano's are furious with past business and current members been openly spoken about. According to the Times Graziano is not in danger but will no longer be allowed to associate or make money with the Mafia. A bit like getting excommunicated from the Catholic Church I suppose. :pac:

I love Big Ang, haven't seen her own show. Karen and Ramona definitely the stirrers on the show, Karen likes to act innocent and sweet though.

But my favourite is Drita, she's a proper spitfire but the most normal of them all if that makes sense? Looking forward to the 2nd part of the reunion show.
