Out of curiosity. Is there anywhere one can view statistics by year on the National Ambulance Service or DFB, such things as total call numbers and response times per region.

Also, I remember about 2 years ago viewing a map that displayed all of the ambulance stations and fire stations in Ireland, and then the estimated waiting time for a response for each county area. It was colour coded. Anybody have this?

I've seen the map on NAS plans on their website.

I'm just finding it hard to find any decent information.

that map was a third party thing if I remember correctly. The best thing I can seem to find on the HSE website is http://www.hse.ie/eng/services/list/3/nas/ourstaff/areainformation.pdf

They recently published statistics in the last week or two in relation to call numbers, echo & delta calls and response times.

As far as I know though DFB wont / dont release figures for Dublin

Loads of stats, why not drop NAS an email or write to HO, I'm sure they will be happy to respond. The maps you are thinking of were the PHECC spatial analysis maps, published individually for each of 8 areas.

Dublin Fire Brigade statistics published through http://www.environ.ie/en/Publications/StatisticsandRegularPublications/FireandEmergencyServices/

Otherwise the HSE stats are probably available through HIQA and HSE sites respectively.
