Banding Hurleys

    I have just started fixing hurleys myself for people in my club,and have been watching how they put bands on hurleys in the workshops on youtube and was wondering what the name of this tool was so i could purchase one myself.
    could anyone at all give me an idea of what the name of this tool is ? Thank you.

    Soudal do a product called purocol which is the only glue to use for the repairs
