VW Passat Mapping Config

Hi bought a Passat and have been having trouble with the turbo.

My mechanic says the engine code faults are consistent with a problem caused by a poor remapping job.

I now need the original mapping config of a 2003 VW Passat 1.9 Tdi 101bhp.

I was wondering if anyone new where I could get this info, my mechanic says I need the same model Passat to get it.

might be just as handy to get a used ecu with the same part number and program it to the car, alternatively you could look for a chiptuner in your area who can read and rewrite the flash with an original file via the obd port on this type of car.

For the price of getting ECU and flashing, I'd just go to a tuning company and get it done right. Would probably cost less. It should clear the codes and you'll get a nice boost as well.
