Hello, I have a new phillips eceltric razor and whenever shave I get intense burning around my neck line/where my facial hair finishes....I've tried using face srub before use and also after balm shave cream and it really makes it burn. Does anyone else experience this or can anyone offer advise on this issue....maybe…

Hello,

maybe try shave the troublesome area first
sometimes the heat from the foil can cause irritation
