    Went into Halfords Carlow today.
    I'd bought a head unit there 8 months ago, and the USB port has stopped working.
    There policy is to send it off for repair, if its more than 30 days old. Fair enough, no problem with that.
    They exchanged it for a new one, no questions asked. In fact they couldn't have been nicer.

    Well done Halfords...:)

    Ive always found them very easy to deal with for replacements, even if I didnt have the receipt.

    I'd expect them to be nice though in fairness, considering you're paying 3 times the price for every single thing in the shop
