    Anyone find it hypocritical that these Insurance Fraud Ads completely ignore Sean Quinn who pulled off a massive fruad yet they expect people to rat on the little guy:rolleyes:

    It seems to be one law for the rich and another law for the poor.

    Its like if you rob a few thousand euro from a bank you will get locked up but if you rob a few billion euro nothing will happen to you.

    its a lot harder to prosecute when there could be thousands of potential offences compared to a handful of charges, and the more complex the case the longer it takes to gather evidence and understand all the different levels of whats happened.

    the little guy is usually a straightforward he's faking it type of fraud, whereas other (White collar) crimes involving large sums of money, complex transactions between corporations in different countries and jurisdictions take a lot longer to even understand never mind try to prosecute over.
