    Hi
    Lately I notice that when I log on to Google - this website looks like it is opening in the background, although I can't see anything.
    Does anyone know if the above is safe. - app.mam.conduit.com
    And how can I get rid of it or stop it from showing up.?

    I use Internet Explorer and occasionally Firefox.
    I deleted Google Chrome as I read that Chrome may be the culprit.

    Conduit is a website that allows you to build your own browser toolbars.

    I don't recall installing anything like that recently.
    1. Do you know what it does,
    2. is it harmful,
    3. how can I stop it
